A German Pole was shot in Berlin for declaring that the Germans ought to withdraw from Belgium, seeing that they were unable to prevent the devastation of their own provinces by the invader. EAST PRUSSIAN REFUCEES. FIFTEEN THOUSAND ARRIVE IN BERLIN.

United . Puess Association. (Received 8.45 a.m.) London, November 17. Swiss newspapers state that nearly 100,000 refugees from East Prussia and Silesia have arrived in Berlin.
