STRATFORD A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.

Annual Spring Show on December 2nd and 3rd next; • "Stratford Show." There is a magnetism about these words that lures people to enquire further into the working of this important fixture. The headquarters of this Association are at the secretary's office, Broadway, Stratford, and just now his office is a hive of industry, with the procession of people making entries, which close on Tuesday next, 24th November. The splendid idea instituted by the Association in giving the free use of a "leiose box" on the grounds for every horse entered, for use t in the day time, and for every bull at night, is being sought after by exhibitors, but we would point out.that these boxes are only booked to exhibitors in the order' in' which they send their entries, hence the need of entering early to secure one of these boxes. Since last year's Show the. Association has made many improyements in their catalogue. In the dog section over 120 extra classes have been added, making *44 classes in dogs alone, and we believe it is one of the largest sections of any show in the Dominion. Every preparation is well in hand, for holding the Show and both exhibitors and the public may rely on this popular fixture being in every respect more advanced than former shows, and this is saying 1 a good deal. Any information required on any subject or matter in connection with the Show will be glady given on application to the secretary, Mr Sidney Ward, Box 59, or 'phone 182, Stratford. Exhibitors should bear in mind that entries close on Tuesday next, 24th inst. ,
