FORTS DESTROYED ON SOUTH COAST OF ARABIA. (Received 12.5 p.m.) , Paris, November 15. The New York Herald's Paria edition states that a British cruiser destroyed the Turkish forts at Sheikh Said, opposite Perim, in the Strait of Babelmahdah, at the entrance of the Red Sea. A detachment of Indian infantry landed and captured the guns and dismantled the forts. The Turks fled after sustaining heavy losses. The British losses were insignificant. PILGRIMS IN DISTRESS.
