GERMANY'S GAMBLE.
BANKRUPTCY OF PRUSSIAN STRATECYi Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, November 14. The Times' military correspondent says: "The situation i.s becoming terrible for Germany. She has gambled for great success in the west and lost, and scarce dares to go back because the bankruptcy of Prussian strategy will be laid bare to Jie whole world, yet it won't avail her to hold part of Belgium when Silesiaand East Prussia are overrun, and the German empire is stricken at the heart."
