This mormpg nine large cases of clothing, contributed by Stratford residents, were consigned to the secretary of the Prince of Wales English and Belgian Relief Fund at Wellington, going free by rail. Yesterday motor cars, driven ByMessrs Hodge and Mark, yery, klrtd- 'j ly did the collecting of parcejls, while on Tuesday and Wednesday; Messrs A. W. Budge, Edgoombe and Robipsou gave their time to the work of packing. Messrs Henry Wilson and L. Bush did the stencilling and nailing up of cases, while Mr G. Ni ■ Curtis acted as general help. There were others who helped in the work of Collecting parcels, and would have rendered assistance in packing, if required. Much of the clothing sent in was new, or only slightly worn, a»d all very serviceable, and the gifts should be a great boon to those suffering in the distressed countries through the present war.
