WHEREAS it is deemed expedient •to approve the Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as aa institution for the purpose of section three of the Trustee Amendment Act, 1914: Now, therefore, I lis Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise ol the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth herehy approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the said Act, it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden by the instrument (if any) creating_tne trust to invest any trust funds in his hands on deposit at interest.
