OFFICIAL. The High Commissioner reports from London on .November 7:—Official: — The comando of rebels which was at Zoutpans Drift, and had been driven north into Waterberg, is being pursued. They were seen yesterday at Warmbates, and are evidently moving to ge"t into the wooded nortli-western parts of that district,_ Yesterday a rebel commando crossed the railway line at Bloemsoff, in Western Transvaal. Commandant De la Key and General Cwart came in contact with them and captured five. Last night they crossed the Vaal river into Orange Free State, Colonel Lemmer following them. It is rumoured that a larger body, badly mounted, and said to be led by Kemp, is moving down the Great Harts River Valley towards Vryburg, the objective being said to be German South-west Africa. Colonel Alberts is moving in the same direction. It is reported that a body of rebels under Conroy blew up a bridge over the Saxnd, Virginia. De Wet, who is with a large force in the neighbourhood of Lindley, destroyed the railway in several parts. Harrismith was entered and looted by rebels. In the southern portion of the Orange Free State province and in other parts everything is quiet. Yesterday Menfcz successfully engaged a rebel commando under Chris Midler at North Bronkhorstepruit, and forty-four wer,e wounded and taken prisoners. The total number captured from Muller's commando was seventy. There were few casualties.
