THE KAISER'S TITLE.
COMMANDER OF SEA, LAND, AND AIR. Tho complete title of the Kaiser as War Lord (says tho Berlin correspondent of the Loudon Standard) is now High Commander on Sea and Laud and of the Air. Th° Kaiser’s son Prince Oscar is chief of a company in tho Ist Guards.
Prince Adalbert has been in the navy since 1901. The German press credits him with being efficient in every branch of tho naval service. His father entrusted him with a position on the general staff of the Atlantic fleet.
The sons.of Prince Henry, brother of the Emperor, are in the navy;, but Hold no commissions. Prince Frederick Sigismund and his brother. Prince Frederick Charles are first lieutenants in the Danzig Hussars, and Prince Frederick Leopold is a lieutenant in the Guards.
The Kaiser’s brother, Prince Henry, lias so far declined a command in the navy. The Emperor’s cousin, Prince Frederick Leopold, son of the Red Prince, Frederick Charles, the conqueror of Metz, has the rank of colonel general in tho German army.
