JOTTINGS.
At a meeting of the executive of the Otago Patriotic. Association yesterday the following motion was carried: “That with a view to first ascertaining the intentions of the Government regarding members of the expeditionary force who may be incapacitated ind the dependents of those who may lay down their lives for the Empire, the sura at credit under the head of ‘unconditional’ be left unallocated.”
