The Times’ Rome correspondent says: I am authorised to state tKatf Italy and England, beside being friends, are neighbours in the Bed Sea and the Mediterranean. When neighbours are threatened they naturally stick together. Preparations ar« being made by Italy to protect her colonies, and precautions hare bets taken against a possible surprise.
