SURVIVORS OF THE MANCHESTER COMMERCE. London, October 29. A survivor of the Manchester Commerce says the shock stunned everybody with the impact. The sea was rough, and the vessel sank in seven minutes. Thirty survivors crowded into a boat and suffered severely from exposure for 24 hours. PENALTY FOR FALSE DECLARATION IN SHIPPING. . L (Received 10.0 A.m.) Amsterdam, October 29. The Dutch lugger, Maria Ghri<ciaia was mined- and sunk in the North Sea and ten of the crew were drowned. STEAMER MINED AT MAUN HEAD. (Received 10.0 a.m.) London, October 29. Another steamer is i*eported to have been blown up by a mine at Malin Head, on the coast of Donegal, the most northern point in Ireland.
