IN A ?*AD POSITION AT HARBOR. [P»» Pr*m Association.] v<; . %% ' Wanganui, October 30. The steamer Mana from Wellington ran aground at 6.30 last evening when attempting to enter the Patea harbor. A heavy sea was running at the time. The vessel is bumping heavily stem-on. to the sea, and nothing can be done to refloat her until the weather moderates.
