AN AUSTRIAN OUTRAGE IN MONTREAL. A PERPETRATOR KILLED. (Received 9.25 a.m.) • Ottawa, October 21. Nine houses in Montreal containing Russians were blown Up by a bomb. ', The occupants miraculously escaped. Several were seriously injured. The body of one of the perpetrators, an ;, Austrian, was discovered.
