BTILLTHEY COME! THE PROMISE OF 90,000 TROOPS FOR THE FRONT. (Received 9.25 a.m.) i Lisbon, October 21. The "Seculo" and the "Republics" state that Portugal is sending 8000 artillery to France under General Jaime de Castro, also 4000 marines and artillerymen. The Seculo states that when preparations are complete Portugal will send 90,000 to the front.
