BUfTER and cheese for LONDON. IPee Press Association.] Auckland, October 19. . This week a total of 25,000 boxes of butter from, Auckland ns to be shipped to London. This brings the total up to 61,408 boxes of butter exported from Auckland this season. Up to this time last year only 29,837 boxes, including 12,313 for Vancouver, and 17,524 for London, had been shioped. The approximate value of the butter cargo referred to is £70,000. The total value of this season's output is approximately £171,950. The first shipment of cheese, consisting of 500 crates, is to be sent away at the same time. Up to this time last season only 191 crates of cheese had been exported. Butter is still coming forward very freely for export, and production is now in full swing. The pastures are in. splendid condition in all parts <of the province, but it is probable that rain will be badly needed soon, as there has x been an unusually long spell of dry t weather.
