ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS IN NEW REVENUE. (Received 9.45 a.m.) ■ Washington, October 19. Tho Senate passed a War Tax Bill to raise one hundred million dollars annually. It is expected this will be collected on amusements, beer, spirits, tobacco, increased telephone and telegraph rates, increased stamp duties, and legal documents.
