NOTICE is hereby given of the institution of a special order. That jt be a Special Order, The Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £240 under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of metalling the extension of Regan Street West from the boundary of the Stratford Borough in a westerly and northerly direction as far as the loan money will allow; such loan to be for a period of 36i years. Sections 118, 119, 122, and 123, Block 1, Ngaire Survey District, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan.
