REPORTED OPERATIONS IN THE BLACK SEA. Rome, October 14. A „ Constantinople telegram states that the commander of the Goeben aims at'attacking the Russian Black Sea fleet, .and threatens to raid the Russian coast. A message from Bucharest states that heavy cannonading was heard throughout the whole of Wednesday off Constanza. ■lt was believed that the Gooben and Broslau were fighting the Russian fleet. BRITISH LADIES LEAVE CONSTANTINOPLE. The Hague, October 14. The Frankfurter Zeitung states that Sir Edward. Mallet, the British Ambassador at Constantinople, has requested the ladies of the Embassy to leave Constantinople. ✓
