Wool Sales liave boon fixed for November 3rd for arrivals to 30th September, and also December Bth, the list closing on the 30th September. 'Hie first series lor IUIS will be on) January 19th, the list closing on the; 11 t!i. Thereafter there will be frequent sales as circumstances require. WELLINGTON WOOL SALES', Wellington, October 14. The Wellington Woolbrokers' Association has decided that in the interests of wool growers the original prO; (gramme oi' sales will be adhered to. Sales will be held on November 18, January 26, and February 2G, while a further sale will be held in March, on a date to be fixed. The opinion generally prevails among brokers thaipayable prices will be obtainable foi the current season's clip. The association has already received assurances that all available buying power will-be represented at the Dominion wool sales. It has also been decided to approach the marine underwriters for some remission of the recent increase in insurance" rates.
