"THE KA6SER." GREAT PRIDE iN HIS VALOROUS ARMY. fl (Received 8 a.m.) London, October 14. A Rome message states that Vollbehr, the painter, who has just seen the Kaiser, describes him as being in the best oi' spirits. The pride in his valorous army is so great that his eyes are phosphorescent with happiness. The Mayor of Weitar states that the Kaiser, addressing the troops, said: "My boys, the leaves are falling, but we shall return to our beloved homes."
