GERMAN CASUALTY' LIST. (Received 11.55 a.m.) Amsterdam, October 13. According to German casualty lists, the Prussian losses alone are 211,000. CALLING UP ALL AVAILABLE RESERVES. (Received 9 a.m.) Petrograd, October 13. It is semi-officially stated that owing to the. great losses the Germiu army have sustained all the officers jind noncoms. who have ever been in the army have been ordered to rejoin of whatever ago. Generals in. retirement will obtain commissions in the Landsturm and Landwehr corps. Teachers in the primary schools are also goinV on active service.
