MASTERTON RACING CLUB. [By Cicero.] The Masterton Club received really good acceptances for their spring fixture, which will eventuate to-morrow. No less than sixteen appear in the Trial,; in which Rerehau, Ladylike, and Miraculous appear a likely trio. Of the fourteen acceptors for the Telephone Handicap, none have been more consistant than Lady Dalesford, who was placed at Mar ton and Otaki. Crown Pearl (9.0)' leads the list in the Flying, but may not start. Peronilla. cost her party a lot of mone> at Otaki, but may gallop more-gen-erously to-rfiorrow. Suratura may be hard to beat. Eleven made the payment for the Spring Handicap, including a number of New Zealand Cup acceptors. Expect (9.6) has 31bs less to carry than at Hawke’s Bay, where he ran a creditable second. He may have to do his best to give Guiding Way and Peroneal the handicap. The horses engaged in the Ladies’ Bracelet are a moderate lot; Commotion standing right out as regards class. -A good number figure in the Masterton Hack Handicap. Garance defeated a good field at Hastings, and is very well. Janitor showed good form at Otaki, and may trouble the former. Quite a number of those engaged in the Stewards have engagements . earlier in the day. Lady Louisa and Black Lupin, if started, should carry a lot ,of money. The big'.crowd of twenty--two accepted for the Dash, of which Lady Black and Hush-a-bye are very fit just now.
