FRENCH FLEET IN THE ADRIATIC BOMBARD RAGUSA United Peess Association. Paris, October 10. The French fleet appeared at Eagusa, on Gravosa Bay, in Dalmatia. The Austrian authorities and principal inhabitants of Ragusa fled. The squadron destroyed the lighthouse and wireless station, and took a few prison, ers. An Austrian aeroplane threw bombs, which fell harmlessly into the sea. Guns on Mount Norchen destroyed an aeroplane. Two torpedoers collided off Porquerolles. Both sank, but the crews were saved. The message i» unconfirmed. AUSTRIAN TORPEDOERS SUNK BY THE ALLIES. ONE DESTROYER MINED. (Received 11.25 a.m.) Venice, October 11. The Anglo-French fleet sank two Austrian torpedoers in the Adriatic.
