BERNARD’S PICTURES. Tho “Jaws of Death, a startling photo-play in three acts will be produced this evening at H.M. Theatre. It is a play of sensation, travel and education.. The cities of Paris (Franco) and Hamburg (Germany) are shown to advantage. Briefly it is a sensational chase across the Continent, introducing many interesting scenes, new and novel. The supporting pictures are “The Old Oaks Secret,” a drama,of the terrible slavery days and the civil war of America, produced by the Vita graph Company. “Picturesque Scenes of Normandy” is a beautiful Patho colour scqnic. “The Marriage of the Sultan of Parian g” is very interesting, being a natural colour photography. Tho funny plays are certainly / good. “Cinessimo as Napoleon,” “All in tho Air,” and “The Confiscated Count.” The public are reminded that Mr Gilchrist’s lectures on Wednesday next differs entirely from the night’s programme of pictures.
