Wood, of Auckland, the Court reserved its decision.—J?;A. I,t, seem that when proceedii: g homewards along Opunake Road this morning Mr Hermann Ringer by some means fell put of his milk cart. T)r. Paget happened to be going along the road in his motor car and saw Mr Ringer sitting by the side of the road, and as he seemed badly hurt, Dr. Paget at once conveyed him to the hospital. Here it ,was found that Mr Ringer bad. sustained a fracture of. .the skull which necessitated an immediate operation, but he is report.' od to be progressing satisfactorily.
