(Received 8.45 a.m.) Antwerp, October 4. “Het Handelsblad,” a daily paper, learns that two German attacks at Antwerp were repulsed, the German losses being severe. The Germans have not yet attempted to cross the Nethe. Flags hoisted on the town hall and church towers indicate that buildings are historic and contain works of art.
