Official.—German officers looted silverware and jewels at Compiegue, and loaded them on waggons, on which was hoisted the Red Cross. THE KAISER’S SONS IN THE FIRING LINE. (Received 1.50 p.m.) Rome, September 30. A Berlin message states that Prince Oscar has been invalided home on account of heart trouble. Prince Joachim was wounded, but is convalescent. Othot sons are at the front.
