The dead body of Frances Marshall, married woman, aged about forty years, was found this morning in a. right-of-way off Upper Nelson Street under circumstances' pointing to murder. There were deep gashes on the throat and numerous stabs on .the breast and cuts about the head. There were* no signs of the woman having struggled.
