The Journal . d’Seccolo report's that there is conflict between the King of Roumania and his Ministers. The King, actuated by family ties witli the Hohenzollerns, addressed the Crown Council, arid produced a secret alliance and treaty. He insisted that Roumania should march to Germany’s and Austria's side. The Ministers resisted, and'the King finding that popular feel ing is against him, is accused of seizing every opportunity to commit ; breach of neutrality. He .has supplied German naval reserves by provisions of cannon and numerous other bellicose provisions.
Bucharest is acclaiming the British and French victories, and demanding war against Austria. MOBBLISATEOM PROCEEDS. FIRST ARMY CORPS COES TO THE AUSTRIAN FRONTIER.
(Received 9.20 a.m.) Bucharest, September 27. The first Roumanian army corps is to he directed to the Austrian frontier, and the mobilisation of 20.000 is nearly completed.
