STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given of the institution of a special order. That it be a Special Order, The Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £240 under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers. for defraying the cost of metalling the extension of Regan Street West from the boundary of the Stratford Borough in a westerly, and northerly direction as far as the loan money will allow; such loan, to be for a period of 36* years. Sections 118, 119, 122, and 123, Block 1, Ngaire Survey District, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 21st day of October, 1914, and shall take effect from and on that date.
