MAN DEAD. (D eceived 9.15 a.m.) London, September 25. The Cologne Gazette on Wednesday published the thirtieth list of German losses. It occupies six columns. DEATH OF GENERAL VON MOLTKE’S SON.

Count von Moltke, son of the com-manderi-n-ehief of the German army, was killed yesterday.-
SALE OF CAPTURED CARGO IN GERMANY.
(Received 9.15 a.m.) London, September 25,
The British cargo in German ports at the outbreak of the war is now being sold to the order of the German Government. Reprisals are, therefore. afoot in England. Hitherto distinction was made between such cargo and that captured. It is proposed to establish a clearing house to receive the money from the German cargo sold, and make payments tp the merchants whose cargo was sold in Germany.
