PROHIBITION ON EXPORT OF WHEAT AND FLOUR. (Received 10.45 a.m.) Melbourne, September 24. A proclamation bas been gazetted prohibiting the export of wheat and flour. Another forbids the export of meat, revoking the previous proclamation limiting export to the Dominions. Sydney, September 23. The Federal Government permits one official war correspondent to accompany the expeditionary force. The export of mares from Australia has been prohibited.
