Jin., and under 12 stone weight; be passed as medically fit, and must possess a horse and saddlery, fit for service. The horse when taken over by the Defence Department will bo paid for, and the saddlery may either be taken over by the Department, in which case it will be paid for, or returned to the applicant's borne.
