MASTERTON SESSIONS. [Psr Preßß Association.! Mastorton, September 21. The circuit sitting of the Supremo Court opened here to-day, there being only one criminal case on the calendar. -Mr Justice Edwards congratulated the district on its immunity from crime. Lovell Rupert Daysh, a youth, of Clareville, charged with carnal knowledge of a girl under sixteen years, was acquitted without evidence for the defence being called.
