JAPANESE KILLED BY BOMBDROPPING. Pekin, September 19. Baron Von Eissenbach, second secretary at the German Legation, was killed in an engagement with tho Japanese. The Germans report that an aeroplane dropped bombs among the Japanese, killing thirty.
