A medical officer relates that a party of Uhlans forced an entry into a military hospital at Arras, and took prisoners' all the wounded. Two reached; the station and remained cm the platform for forty hours before they were released. Tho Germans returned,-to the hospital and made'prisoners of all tlio.medical men, who arc now forced 'to- atjbend to the German wounded.
