BRUSSELS ANSWER.
"WE HAVE NO MORE GUNS!"
Amsterdam, September 14.
During the fighting the Belgians tapped telegraph messages to Louvain asking Brussels to send assistance. Brussels replied: "We have no more guns," and advised seeking assistance elsewhere.

Official.—The fighting in the Brussels, Louvain, and Malines triangle lasted for four days. The Germans held a strong position, and called up the available reinforcements, including two army corps that had to be recalled from the south, also tho Landwehr and Landstrum from the-regiun southwards of Brussels, a»d 15,000 marines from Brussels.
