STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER. TN pursuance and exercise of the IJ- powers vested in it in that behalf Iby section 119 of "The Counties Act, 1908," the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of defraying the cost of repairing and im•proving the Hastie Road, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of one penny in the pound upon the ratoable value of all rateable property of the Hastie Road Separate Rating District comprising subs. 5 to [A inclusive, and half each of subs. I and 2 of section 76a, block 1., Ngaire S.D. Such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1915, and to be payable in ono sum on the 16th September, 1914, at the County Office, Stratford. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to bo held on the 16th September, 1914, and shall take effect from and on that date.
