[Fit PlfcMi AJwooiamon. J Wellington,'September 11. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. The Licensing Bill was read a third time and passed, without further amendment. The Mortgage Extension "Act Amendment Bill, introduced by Governor's Message, was put through all stages, and read a third time. The Council rose at 3 p.m., until 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday.
