Count Bernstoif announces the capture of 90,000 Russians, and all the northern ports of France, the complete retreat of the Russians on the Austrian borders; German cavalry raid to the walls of Paris; great victory near Paris; and the retreat of French and Belgian armies. Even the American newspapers now openly confess disbelief in all statements issuing from German sources.
