. The Royal Field Artillery, Duke of Wellington's Regrmenfc,the WestKenfcs and Yorkshire light infantry suffered most heavily during retreat. Tho Germans captured several men and stripped and hound them to the gun wheels in order that they should not escape, but they regained tho British lines.
THE BOYCOTT OF GERMANY.

Merchants are calling the attention of Germany to the fact that supplies are filtering to Germany through Eotterdam and elsewhere in Holland from England. The traders' scheme against German and Austro-Hungarian trade .in neutral markets is rapidly progressing. American firms are preparing to send an army of commercial travellers to South America to capture the German trade.
