THE KILLED AND WOUNDED AND MISSING.
The Higli Commissioner reports from London under date 2nd September, 1.25 p.m.:—
Official.—A return of the British casualties of one cavalry brigade and three divisions, less one brigade, shows: Killed, 36 officers and 127 men. Wounded, 57 officers and 629 men. Missing, 95 officers and 4183 men. The, missing are those not accounted for, and may include prisoners not wounded and stragglers as well as casualties.
