RUSSIANS.

The German Embassy is continually issuing reports of German victories The latest appears to be the capture of 30,000 Russians near Allcnstein, including two generals and the entire artillery.
(Allenstein. —Town, East Prussia, on river Alle, 65 miles south of Konigsberg. Population 24,307.
