PRINCE WIED AND HIS SHAKY THRONE.

The Government has arranged for the transportation of 10,000 fugitives who are desirous of leaving if Prince Wied departs, and is also placing a yacht at Prince Wied’s disposal, as ho may have to abandon the throne at any moment.
