A TRAWLER BLOWN UP. MANY MINES AFLOAT NEAR DENMARK. (Received 9.40 a.in.) Copenhagen, August 30. The trawler Gerda, of Hamburg, wa blown up by a mine in the Langelam Sea. The crew were saved. Main mines are drifting near Denmark.

THE BRITISH CASUALTIES.

The British casualties were confined to the Arethusa, Liberty and Laurel. The officers killed were LicutCommander Nigel Barttlelot,aud Lieul Eric Westmacott. Commander Rose was seriously injured.
