REFUGEES ARRIVE IN BERLIN FROM NORTH-EAST.
[United Press Association.] Copenhagen, August 29. The arrival of East Prussian refugees at Berlin is causing alarm. The general staff are assuring the populace that the position in Last and West Germany is excellent.
