SPECIAL ORDER. 1 IN pursuance and exercise of the po .vers vested in it in that hehair !by section 119 of “Tire Counties Act, 1908/’ the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follow s: That for the purpose of defraying the cost of repairing and improving the Hastio Road, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hastie Road Separate Rating District comprising subs, 5 to 13 inclusive, and half each of subs. 1 and 2 of section 76a, block 1., Ngaire S.D. Such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1915, and to be payable in one sum on the 16th September, 1914, at the County Office, Stratford. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a ; meeting of the Council to be held on the loth September, 1914, and shall take effect from and on that date.
