RUSSIAN ATTACKING ARMIES EVERYWHERE. St. Petersburg, August 28. The inhabitants of East Prussia are fleeing Berlin-wards. It is reported that traffic on the western railways was suspended for three days, to enable the transfer of troops from the western front to reinforce the forces in Eastern Prussia. The small German detachments which occupied frontier towns in Poland are rapidly vanishing. Kalisz is a heap of ruins, with dead bodies of the inhabitants strewing the streets.
