UNITED KINGDOM FLOODED WITH GERMAN PAPER MONEY,
SYSTEMATIC EXPLOITATION.

The Financial Times says that the lowest estimate of the amount of the bills and acceptances circulated in London by German banks at the outbreak of war was eighteen millions sterling. Germany deliberately and systematically exploited London * for lies' own benefit and England’s injury, and she has been unloading on London and New York for months previous to the war. Every manufacturing city in the United Kingdom was landed with German bills for large purchases of goods. Bradford! s share was eight millions sterling. Tlio German accounts are the main obstacle to the renewal of business on the Stock Exchange.
