Forty-eight Fnglisli tourists who were detained at Wese! (Prussia) have now been sent to an inland fortress, where they will be occupied at light duties. There are other similar cases. NEWSPAPER OFFICES WRECKED RIGHT OF DISCUSSION DENIED BY MILITARISTS. (Received 11,0 a.in.) Copenhagen, August 27.
Militarists wrecked the offices of the Vorwaerts in Berlin, which had published articles making the Kaiser responsible for the events which had resulted so disastrously for tha unity of Germany.
